
It is Valuable to Be Able to Do E-Commerce by Basing it on Ahi Values
The opening speech of the E-Commerce and Digital Marketing Summit on the Footsteps of Ahi was made by Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kasım Karahocagil. Underlining that e-commerce allows businesses to overcome geographical difficulties and operate on a global scale, and provides consumers with the opportunity to access a wide range of products 24/7, Rector Karahocagil said that the system, where transaction volume and usage are increasing day by day, is in a constantly rising trend. Touching on the value of being able to do e-commerce by basing it on Ahi values, Karahocagil noted that both the producer and the consumer are protected in the Ahi system and that there is a system based on the principle of winning together. Finally, Prof. Karahocagil stated that he believes that it is necessary to establish an economic system based on mutual trust without deceiving and being deceived in e-commerce, and thanked the Management Information Systems Community and ELİDER Association for the organization.
